By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase
of an item within seven working days of the day after the
date the item is delivered to you. We regret that we cannot
accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.
How to Return
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please
send us an e-mail within seven days of the later of your invoice
date and/or the date of delivery of the purchased item with
the following information:
- The invoice number and date
- The product number (reference)
- The reason for your return
Conditions for the Return to fall under this policy
Your invoice number is your Return Merchandise Authorisation
(RMA) number. This RMA number must appear on your return packing
label.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a
copy of the original invoice.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to
us in its original package and with all its accessories (instruction
manuals, software, etc). Any discrepancies between what was
delivered to you and what is returned to us will result in
a delay and eventual limited refund of the initial purchase
price. Moreover, Option shall not be held responsible for
any damages that occurred during shipment back to Option.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of
returning the goods to us (unless we delivered the item to
you in error) and that all shipping and handling costs must
be pre-paid by you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this
order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price
