All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We automatically update the Option eShop in an effort to offer you the most up to date products available. It may be possible that an item is out of stock. If the total shipping period is likely to take over 15 working days from the acceptance of the order, you will be contacted by our services.

Your Shopping Basket is a helpful shopping tool that always displays the items you've added to your basket without your having to switch back and forth between screens. Each time you’ve added an item, you can continue your shopping experience by clicking on the “Continue” link.

Placing an item in your basket is not definitive until the full placement of your order. In other terms, you can remove items from your Shopping Basket simply by clicking on the “edit” link and clicking "Remove" next to the item you wish to remove. If you wish to remove all the items in your Shopping Cart, you can do so by simply clicking on the “Empty Basket” link.

Once you’ve finished shopping with us and wish to place an order for the selected items in your Shopping Cart, you need to check out by clicking on “Order now”. You then need to fill in the registration form that appears (see our Privacy & Security Policy regarding the processing of your data) and follow the various steps described forthwith. At the end you will see your "purchase check out" where you will have to choose your payment method.

Please note that the subtotal displayed in the Shopping Basket only includes the cost of the items in Your Shopping Basket, and thus does not include the additional costs of shipping and taxes, where applicable.

Payment can only be made by VISA and EuroCard / Mastercard credit cards. While placing your order, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card. Please ensure that the credit card number and expiry date you provide is correct, as entering incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order and/or make the transaction void.

Payments are debited in Euro and Option accepts no liability for any extra costs or charges incurred as a result of transaction fees or fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

While Option strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Option cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Option shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Option may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to pay for all charges for shipping and handling, as well as VAT and all other applicable taxes, associated with your order. These charges will be automatically calculated for you and will be debited from your credit card account along with the total cost of the product once your order has been shipped.

Option reserves the right to make partial shipments (instalment deliveries) and back order remaining products for future shipment, unless you inform Option that you wish "Complete Shipment Only", immediately upon submitting your order. You acknowledge and agree that deliveries involving "Complete Shipment Only" orders may be delayed as a result of your request.
