1. How do I order an Option Product?


You take the catalogue and choose your product. When the selected item appears on the web page, scroll down and fill in the desired quantity you wish to order. Then click "add to basket". The Shopping Basket will then appear. You can then decide to either placing your order and checking out by clicking "Order now" or continuing shopping by clicking on the “Continue” link.

Placing an item in your basket is not definitive until the full placement of your order. In other terms, you can remove items from your Shopping Basket simply by clicking on the “edit” link and clicking "Remove" next to the item you wish to remove. If you wish to remove all the items in your Shopping Cart, you can do so by simply clicking on the “Empty Basket” link.

Once you’ve finished shopping with us and wish to place an order for the selected items in your Shopping Cart, you need to check out by clicking on “Order now”. You then need to fill in the registration form that appears (see our Privacy & Security Policy regarding the processing of your data) and follow the various steps described forthwith. At the end you will see your "purchase check out" where you will have to choose your payment method.

Please note that the subtotal displayed in the Shopping Basket only includes the cost of the items in Your Shopping Basket, and thus does not include the additional costs of shipping and taxes, where applicable.


2. How do I return an item?


Please Review our Shipping & Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us through this website. Please note that you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days to return any item if it does not satisfy you. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided to you in our Shipping & Returns Policy.


3. How much does shipping cost and what are my payment options?


Regarding the shipping of ordered goods, the charges for shipping and handling are in accordance with DHL's standard charging policy. An estimate of these charges will be provided in advance, in order to provide you with an indication of how much you will have to pay in total.
If the article is in stock, we will send it to you by DHL within 2 to 8 business days. Please provide us with a delivery address where someone can accept and sign for the goods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message by e-mail. This message will include your personal DHL Airwaybill number. Whilst DHL endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, the goods may be held up by the local customs authorities when entering the country. Please note that Option is not responsible for any additional costs and fees whatsoever, incurred in importing the goods into your country.
You can trace your shipment via the DHL web site www.dhl.be where you can track your package by entering your Airwaybill number. Your invoice will be sent separately.

Regarding your payment options, you can pay using VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard credit cards. Your credit card number and personal information is encrypted and transferred using Secure Sockets Layer Version 3 (SSL3), which is currently considered one of the safest ways to make payments over the Internet.
